The Dominican Nuns of the Monastery of Saint Catherine of Siena are Nuns of the Order of Preachers and belong to the worldwide Dominican Family of Friars, Nuns, Sisters and Laity who aim to centre their lives on the Word of God. The Friars, Sisters and laity of the Order preach the name of Jesus throughout the world, while the Nuns seek, ponder and call upon God in Solitude.

We are 17 sisters living in Langeac and we come from four different countries.  Our monastery belongs to a French Federation of Dominican monasteries in Switzerland, Norway and France.
